Billy Boyo: The Reggae Child Prodigy
Twelve-year-old boy wonder Billy Boyo from Kingston, Jamaica turned into a reggae legend. He was one of the most prolific child DJs in the early 80s.

Billy Boyo recorded material at the legendary studios Channel One and King Tubby’s recording studio, sometimes even mixed by the (also legendary) engineer/producer Scientist. Decades later, his reggae/dancehall anthems like "One Spliff a Day" and "Wicked She Wicked" would be sampled by The Avalanches, DJ Khaled, TDE's D.K. the Punisher, Twit One, and dubstep icon Zomby, among others.
