Reske

Reske is a highly gifted multi-instrumentalist, producer, and vocalist based in Vermont. Known for his incredibly expressive and experimental approach to production, Reske’s compositions have become in high demand across the hip-hop and alternative spaces.

For his third release on Kingsway, Reske puts vocals front and center. Evoking the rich, plaintive sound of 70’s vocal harmony groups, mixed in with new techniques in experimental processing, the 15-track project traverses across a textured landscape of its own. Besides a few, sparse background instruments, all of the sound on Volume 3 is produced solely with his vocals. This constraint opens up new territory for Reske, while keeping the music inviting for producers to sample.

Reske’s compositions have been featured on a number of recent projects. Most recently, he was featured on Vince Staple’s two singles “ARE YOU WITH THAT?” and “LAW OF AVERAGES,” produced with Kenny Beats. Other co-productions include releases with Young Thug, Lil Baby, Rich The Kid, Joji, G-Eazy, blackbear, Trippie Redd, Skepta, The Game, Audrey Nuna, UMI, A.CHAL, and Dave, with the track “Voices” on the BRIT Album of the Year “PSYCHODRAMA”.
